Winter 2020 Intake: (SDS/Non SDS) Pakistani Students Only

I wanted to ask that How Early can I apply for Study Visa under SDS? Currently processing time shown is 13 Weeks. So is it necessary to apply for visa within application Processing time bracket (13 Weeks)? My Program starts on 27th April 2020, so can I apply before the 13 weeks time bracket or shall wait to fall under the processing time bracket ?

For sds the processing time is 21 days though there has been delays in few cases ..... and if you are applying through non-sds then try to apply for visa before the mid of jan so you have plenty of time to get response .

And you can apply early as there is no restrictions on that .

We’re all Pakistanis and we have Pakistan’s passport only. Just to clarify. We’re only here cuz my father works here.

For sds you have to be present in Pakistan at the time of submission of application or else you will have to apply through non-Sds .

Well in my brother in law case he sent his passport on Wednesday morning and got it back on Monday morning. Passport reached from VFS Karachi office to IRCC Islamabad office on Thursday and they dispatched it on Friday after counterfoil stamp. Hope this helps.

Yes sumitted Friday received it on Tuesday and submitting in islamabad will definitely be faster considering it gets stamped in islamabad

You should apply as soon as you are ready. It is never early with IRCC. So, if I were you I would apply right away if I can.

Yeah ali is right . There is no such thing as rejection for early submission .

hello,
i have applied in unversity of ottawa through ouac. I have paid my application fees of 110 CAD on 8th December. but after that i dont get any any reply from either the university or from OUAC about further guiding me in the process of my admission. I just got a confirmation email providing me with my reference number. i emailed to university of ottawa regarding this and they said it will take 12 to 15 buisness days.

Till now, haven't recieved an update, Applied for Jan 2020

And I am getting mixed opinions about the 20 day processing time, could anyone clarify whether It's working days or calendar days?
