How exactly are they planning to come to Canada on a visitor visa and "start a new life"?

If they wish to immigrate to Canada, they need to look at the various permanent residence pathways - start by looking at Express Entry. They may qualify under that.

And how do you suppose that you’ll both qualify to come to Canada on a tourist visa ? What’s both of your travel history like ? Have you both travelled to countries like USA, UK,Australia that require visas and have followed the rules ?
If you don’t have any travel history , it’ll be a red flag that all of a sudden you decided to fly around the world to Canada as tourists

Has one of them tried converting to the other's religion so that they can be legally married? Do they have evidence of being persecuted as a couple?

Based on the information you have provided, the basis of their refugee claim is not clear.

They will likely need to explain what has recently change in their circumstances that now makes the asylum claim necessary. Something must have recently changed or they would have claimed asylum previously in one of the other countries they visited.

They both legally registered there marriage in Singapore.

And she don't want to convert and he don't force her to convert...

The claim necessary now because they both can't live like unmarried couples and they want child ..

She don't want to convert and he don't force her to convert.

To live legally in Malaysia other religion spouse should convert to Islam ..

Australia when they both visit that time they both don't have this idea in there head.. when later check with there relatives who are Australian citizen they advised them to try Canada better option .

USA when she visit that time Trump was taking over USA and he announced that time we going to send back all the immigrants especially Islam people's..

You have travel history with numerous safe countries ...

No .. they visit Australia often for them air tickets cheap and both relatives around there.. and when she visit USA not for shopping her aunt's lives there..
This honestly makes it sound like they are asylum shopping or economic immigrants who are going the asylum route because they cannot qualify for PR on their own. I would recommend they work with an immigration lawyer once they are in Canada to put together their refugee claim and to get advice on whether their case is strong enough to be approved.

Claiming asylum and get rejected has long lasting implications that is why they need to make sure they actually qualify for asylum. Given their travels they will be asked why they did not apply for asylum in the US, Australia, etc. since their circumstances haven’t changed. That is why people are mentioning asylum shopping.

In a genuine asylum case, a person would seek asylum from the first safe harbour that respects human rights, has a proper asylum system, safety, etc. With them travelling to Australia and USA, they could apply for asylum there if they feared religious persecution.

Without rushing to judgement, it seems they are avoiding the numerous legal ways to enter Canada via programs like express entry. Since they seem to be wealthy enough to travel the world, they can surely invest in education so that they increase the number of points for their express entry application. There are no shortcuts in life, they might be able to get to Canada doing the asylum route, but the processing and subsequent potential rejection might end up more costly (in both monetary and time wasted terms) then taking the proper legal route.
