Unless you have sponsorship from someone who is having a high enough income, where they can support you in Canada and they have bank statements to show such amount. You would have to produce official documents saying that this person is sponsoring you.
In any other case you will have to show the full amount for the best chance of getting a visa approval.

My doubt is regarding the financial proof documents
I will be taking an education loan for funding my tuition fees and living expense for the two years course
Also, my and my father's bank accounts don't have a lot of money in them. Maybe v have maintained around 4000-5000 CAD for the past 6 months. V both are salaried employees.
So,
1. Is a loan sanction letter enuf to show as financial proof
2. What exactly does the VO check for in bank statements?
3. Do v need to have and maintain a certain amount of money in our bank accounts for the past 4 months?
4. Do bank statements become a necessary criteria for evaluation even after submitting a loan sanction letter?
