December 2018 Paper Based PR Inland Applicants

My gckey yesterday said "application updated" but once I opened my application nothing has changed. Is this considered a GU? I have an immigration representative therefore I don't receive any emails from CIC/IRCC.

I called CIC asking about PPR, as all my background check and eligibility check has been completed in October. The lady said she is sure that you will not get the PPR in these last days of December but she congratulated me twice and said you most probably will get PPR in January. I do not trust them though but lets see if that comes out to be true.
