Haven’t received correspondence letter yet

hello,
I applied for my visa ( Second attempt ) on 13th December bt still i haven't recieved my letter of introduction/correspondence letter in cic gc key account nor in my email account. My biometrics updated in my account after few minutes I submit my application as I’ve done biometrics with previous application. My eligibility and background check started on 17th December. Is this correspondence letter is mandatory?

Omg definitely you’ll get your visa because they asked for bank statement for second time as well. I don’t know tf is wrong VO think that we gonna stay in canada or claim asylum. Hell no ! Why’d i risk my australian visa for some illegal thing. I’m so disappointed. I thought I’d get approved before Christmas but seems like not getting after new year Nigerians/ Africans also getting TRV easily. But we need to struggle a lot

"Nigerians/ Africans also getting TRV " this is a sad truth man, and in my case am not sure, I have seen some past thread in this forum, happened like me but different document and they rejected those...

July is long time ago... A friend applied online but got refusal October 25th submission n biometric completion ..but got refusal 30th December....

Well. Raised web form, no reply yet over 3 weeks now. Will wait patiently for CIC.
