Let me know how that goes? Mine has been in process since Nov 19th and I have a 2-week long trip mid Feb.

IRCC wrote me back the same day. informed me that information has been forwarded to my processing office.

checked on my application the ECAS says that

<< We sent you correspondence on December 23, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required>>>

there was no email sent so I called cic they told me that the request is fro Vancouver office for finger print request and it is by regular mail
does any one know why is not sent by email like many others
