We had to go back at 1pm, the same day as interview to pick it ip

It really depends on many factors in your file. It is almost impossible to say, but you could think that it could be at least 6 months more.

Landed my wife two days ago, Gracias a Dios y todos los santos!!

17 months and 6 days from submission of application to passport request.

and five minutes to pass through Toronto Immigraition.

Thanks! Yes my wife got the visa in Havana and we flew out two days later. The cold here is a trip after 4 years in Cuba. PPR came out of nowhere via email.
Makes a nice Christmas present! Even the quick 5 minutes at Toronto Immigration

Has anyone heard any more about the rumour that the Canadian embassy may open up again to interviews etc in the new year? I really hope so!

My wife and step son process started November 14/18 through Mexico visa office . Medical was passed August 28/19. We are still awaiting pre arrival letter . Any insight or suggestions maybe . Going into month 14.
