I got overall 6 but 5.5 in speaking and reading after 12 in cbse with 74% . Can i get canada study visa ?

Nope...You have to get at least 6 each in 3 modules.

if you can get admission in a institution and they are fine with it then you can apply under non sds VO's wont care about IELTS score
