Hi community,

my mother arrived here in Canada on 4th may, 2018.. on Visitor visa status

i applied for visitor stay extension 1 month before the 6 month duration (ie approx on 1st week of Oct).

She did the medical as well from one of Toronto Panel Physicians allocated for immigration puporses.

The center then called me somewhere in November and informed that she need to come back and do the sputum tests since some dots were observed in her chest Xray which could be symptoms of TB. (tuberculosis)..

Fast forward,, it took some time and once the sputum tests were done and we kept on waiting..

There was a call from Panel physicians for another retest of Chest xray which we did this week.

questions:
1. She has to go back to Pakistan due to some emergency.. Can she leave considering she is on Implied status right now.
2. If yes, then once she come back to Canada after couple of weeks, should we need to worry considering she has multiple entry visitor visa..

best regards,

Haroon

1. If she leaves then she no longer has implied status. Her extension will be automatically cancelled after she leaves the country.
2. How long she can stay will be upto to CBSA officers.
