Express Entry for already working remotely with a Canadian Agency

Hi,

This is the best forum which can guide me best in my current situation.

I'm working remotely full time with a Canadian Agency as a coordinator, so what would be the procedure for my employer for job offer letter if I apply through express entry plan. The province is Ontario. And what would b the procedure for me to start from my country? How we both can start this process? Anyone who can guide me best on this?

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. This is the first step if you want your employer to help you through a job offer. Getting an approved LMIA typically takes 4-6 months.

first check with your employer whether they are ready to do LMIA for you. a simple job offer letter fro the, won’t be enough to claim points under EE.

You can apply for EE if the your Canadian company initiated and got approval for your LMIA. With that approval letter + job offer letter when you create a EE profile you will get the Invitation
