In my case , my college had given me a deadline for submission of study permit . Due to which they gave me a conditional Letter of Acceptance. i think that's the main reason for refusal

Is there any option to overcome this problem as i had completed all the conditions and the last condition was to upload my study permit and i didn't got full loa. So i was last option to apply for my visa with conditional LOA.
