Pfl was about
1 I didn't submit urdu nikah nama with application
A. I translated with certified person and send them
2 didn't clearly mention the wedding pictures as nikah or rukhsati pictures. All I wrote was wedding day
A. mention with rukhsati on back clearly and send them more pictures
On side I send around 14 pages of communication
And western union money slips

There are no set standard. I myself had it same day, however for my family member, it took around a month.
How long it can take from pre arrival ro ppr ? Any idea ? 2019 applicant. I heard they not taking long for 2019 applicants.
There are no set or standard timeline. In General, process will complete within 12 months for 80% of applicants. For remaining 20%, there's no certain time limit.
Applicants should refer to spreadsheets or timelines mentioned by others, tally their timeline with yours and assess trend from there. Having said that, since each case is dealt on their individual merit according to their own supporting documents and background information, it's very hard to answer "how long" queries.

For we received our pre arrival since 13 sep and nothing after that.
