.

She's asking for your advise on way forward not for you to be surprised about her success.

No one here is Immigration Officer or know all.

She has TRV, that's clear.

Thank u so much for ur reply and wish.. i donate some money to Rohingha people (not personally to give them) i gave to mosque and they will send to them. I am living in Yangon main city and Rohinghas are in border of Myanmar and Bangladish.. and i am one of the person of volunteer in helping to Rohingha team.. maybe coz of that police came to my house and asked? Luckily that day i was not at home.. but now my family received the letter from our village counsil that my father should bring me to the police station.. thats why i m so scared and hiding in my friend house. If they caught me they will torture me. Even they can rape me.Now my father inquiry for me near our area police station about my case and he heard that now police preparing for Warrant to catch me. But not yet issue. So is that letter from (village counsil) can be show to immigration officer for evidance? I really dont know wht to do.. i am not a Rohingha but i am muslim girl who lived in myanmar.. i am even educated person.. i never think my life will turn like this..

I'm not sure how widespread the discrimination and persecution of non-Rohingya Muslims is in Myanmar, but in any case it sounds like you are being harassed for trying to help them, and are living in genuine fear of the police. Since you already have your visa and airline ticket, you might as well use them. Will you be staying with relatives or friends in Canada? I don't know your destination in Canada, but there are services to assist refugee claimants in most of the major cities. If you are found eligible to make a refugee claim, it will likely be 18 months or more before you get your hearing. Here is a link which may be useful:

Rohingya Noble Price Winner Aung San Suu Kyi was stripped of the price because of her silent for the killings been carried out by Military.

So I wonder why someone will be surprised how a single girl running for her life got TRV. My advise you to follow positive advise not those thinking they know all about Canada Immigration Law.

Canada Government gives you opportunity to prove yourself.

Actually, her Nobel Peace award was not revoked, as apparently their rules don't allow for it. However, her honorary Canadian citizenship was revoked last year, as well as honorary degrees from several universities. When I visited the Human Rights Museum in Winnipeg last year, the light on her portrait had been dimmed and I believe it has been removed altogether now.
