Hi please help me on this question.

I came to Canada as an one year postgraduate student and I have completed my studies. After I got my Open work Permit for one year on August month. On September , I started my B level NOC job. I have applied for the work permit extension before my open work permit got expired. meanwhile I have completed my one year experience in Canada. On November 25th, I got work permit refused letter so that I informed to my manager about it and I stopped my work on that same day.

In that letter, IRCC provided 90days to restore my visa in Canada. I have all the permanent residency documents on my hand but still I am waiting for my Wes results. I will get my WES within 2 weeks and I have 472 points now.

So my question is, now I am in my 90days restoration time and can I able to restore my visa as a visitor’s visa?

You can restore your legal status as a visitor, not getting a visitor's visa. That's two different things.
Thank you for your reply, I am sorry.
I am asking about the visitor visa. Can I able to restore as a visitor until I gets my PR?
Can you please provide me the requirements (documents and funds) for the restoration? I don’t find that details in website.

Follow the steps
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/extend-stay/apply.html

Read the instructions before you fill out the form, especially the part regarding restoration of status
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-5551-applying-change-conditions-extend-your-stay-canada.html

There's however no guarantee how long you'll be allowed to stay in Canada.
Thank you for your help
