hi everybody,

I, presently, have a job with around 4K CAD Salary/month in a reputed Org.

I have been accepted for English course in one of the universities in Ontario, for the duration of 4-Month to be started on May 2020. applied for this course because I have no native accent of English speakers which is kind of obstacle against my present and future career and I need to address it as soon as possible.

Since the duration of the Course is less than 6-month at the moment but I submitted my application for study permit which I'm planing either to continue the 2nd (+4 month) and 3rd (+4 month) terms of this English Course or to start my master studies.

The following requested documents/forms submitted, except #8, as it was requested in application page:

Form:
1. Application form
Supporting Documents:
2. Passport
3. Letter of Acceptance
4. proof of financial support (enough fund is available for my studies)
5. Digital photo
6. Family information
Optional Documents:
7. Schedule 1
8. Client information (Not Provided)

I didn't submit any kind of letter of explanation as I thought it is not required as it shows above (no space for it).

Progress of my application:
1. Application Submitted November 14, 2019
2. Biometrics Letter received on November 15, 2019
3. Biometrics given on November 28, 2019
4.
Application page indicates that "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements". and I didn't receive any email update since November 28, 2019.

While reading this Forum, I'm feeling that something is not right with my application. And my Study Permit may not get approved.
I would appreciated if you guys kindly provide me your views/feedbacks based on your experience or anything about this, enabling me to take care of it in advance.

Regards,

Your file may not have started processing until the biometrics were submitted. It can take a while from then,

This is likely to be an issue. A letter of explanation is your opportunity to describe the reason why you want to visit Canada to study. Not including one will not help your application and may hurt it, since the visa officer cannot read your reasoning, in your own words.

You should've written an SOP (Statement of purpose)
Also your application starts after the biometrics so count it 28 onwards
