if you need points from her you will need to get ECA done for her too, if you have sufficient points then not required, you can mention her education as none in education section and put all information in personal history.

Hey, just to clarify. If I, as the main applicant, have enough points to be over the threshold can I state no education/language test for my accompanying spouse so we save the ECA and language test fee? We wont be disadvantaged by stating that in the application (in reality he would have high scores in both of them)?? Also, what do you mean with "putting it in the personal history"? Thanks
