I hope we hear from them soon .. good lucki am jan 3rd applicant i am getting scared its almost one year and still no visa
We're still waiting ...timeline in signature. File was transferred to Mexico VO Oct 3/19 and they sent pre-arrival letter Oct. 28 along with ADR, then another ADR on Nov. 27th. We have complied with both ADRs and hopefully PPR is next!!I was wondering how many January applicants are still waiting in the processing line.
We are still waiting and I know of 5 other applicants in another forum with similar timelines.
Anybody from January with similar situation?
You're not alone, January 07 and still waiting. Keep your hope up, hopefully we'll hear something soon.i am jan 3rd applicant i am getting scared its almost one year and still no visa
I think 3 days from 24th of DEC .. then there is the new year .. I hope we get an update soon .. it’s so frustrating and long specially for Outland applications when no possible way to be together me and my husband .. I wish we all get it before the holidaywhen is the holiday for immigation
Oh .. did they state any reason of why they asked him to do it again?Honestly now this process is really annoying me. They have asked my husband to do a new medical check. Which he did in March 2019. It’s not even 1 year yet, still 3 months for it to expire did anyone else get this?
I am a Jan 16th applicant and its sitting in Mexico in silencei am jan 3rd applicant i am getting scared its almost one year and still no visa
So I emailed them, and this is what I got. Makes sense now.Oh .. did they state any reason of why they asked him to do it again?
Although it clarifies it, but I don’t understand the reason of it .. most of Jan applicants made the medical in March .. should we expect the same? What stage you are in now? Did you get the PPR? Or still waiting? Can you share your timeline? Which VO?So I emailed them, and this is what I got. Makes sense now.
“Thank you for your email. Please note, although your medical clearance is valid to 13/3/20, this means your permanent residence visa can only be valid until 13/3/20. By the time you have submitted your passport to your nearest Visa Application Centre, your permanent residence documents have been issued and your passport is returned to you via the Visa Application Centre, this would not permit you sufficient time to book your flights and travel before the expiry of your visa. Therefore, when there is less than 3 months of validity left on medical clearance when we are ready to make a final decision, our procedures, for good client service, are to issue new medical instructions. I hope this explanation will help you to understand why we requested a new medical clearance from you.”
