You need to provide your complete profile in order for us to assist and help you to understand why you were refused.

you made your case weak if your sponsor isn't your either parent, the VO won't see someone who has his own company but not your parents as not a sure guarantee that you will be able to see yourself through your studies in Canada except he's your Boss or you been sponsor by a company

its advisable when reapplying that your sponsor should be either of your parent

Yes, this will go a long way to address your situation bit mind you, there might be more to the refusal reason like economic establishment in your home country (home ties). Its advisable that when address the VO's concern, endeavour to provide clarity in this area with substantial evidence.

Its advisable to also defer your admission to the next possible intake so you can have enough time to prepare your application before reapplying. In addition, endeavour that your study plan addresses any concerns or loops in your application.

Sorry for the late response.. Yes they can get you your notes on the previous and recent applications but with separate charges. As it is, you are the one in a pole position to tell them on which of the notes you want, probably its surely the recent refused application

If you feel you can interpret the notes then simply go for the basics otherwise go for the interpretation but there are many people here on this forum who can help out on the interpretation freely but to satisfy your curiosity, you can always go for the interpretation

I have only seen the reliability of caipsgcms.com can't say otherwise of others but there's also applygcms.com

Where are you applying from and how was the necessary information regarding your application addressed in your study plan/SOP?

What is your prospect course, does it correlate with your previous studies or work experience?

Lastly, you should consider requesting for your gcms notes to ascertain the exact VO's concerns.

Would order GCMS notes so you can address the exact concerns but assume that given you have no experience in your home country and went to Oman to work there is very little proof that you will return to your home country. There are usually issues with applying for visas/permits from a 3rd country because you are supposed to show ties to your home country. The big issue with those applying from the Middle East is the fact that residency is temporary and usually tied to a job and the government can easily limit who can remain in the country and will always prioritize employing citizens when it comes to senior and well paying jobs. It becomes very difficult to prove that you are certain to be able to return to Oman (if you are claiming that is really your home country) and that you'll be able to get a more senior role after your Canadian degree. I am unfamiliar with the program you selected but if the program focuses on Canadian construction then that may also highlight that this would not be a degree that is the best fit for someone planning on working in India or Oman.
