what is the category for the dependent child in medical test? Worker r study??

Dear All,

My child was born after my express entry profile was submitted. I have added my childs details using the case specific enquiry page.

Do i need to do the upfront medical for my child, he is 1 and half months old.

When i Applied for EE my child was not born but not born, but now i received the ITA and can I just add the details of my child as the system asks for any dependents.
Can you explain what is case specific inquiry and how do i do it?
Did you get the medicals done for your baby too, I am a doctor and x rays are not safe (esp chest ) for new borns.

Provided you still meet the points cutoff for your ITA with the added family member, you just apply with the child included.

Yes, the child requires a medical but it is just a simple physical.

I dont think My points will be affected by my child. When i created the EE profile I mentioned funds for three of us and my score is 470+ and cut off is 441. I believe and hope I am safe anyway. they are non accompanying so

They do basic height weight eyes check for infants.
