About Mail didn't received

I applied for visitor visa with my wife and i got a mail of refusal of my own only. Passport of my nd my wife was already received. I want to apply for recheck but mail came from embassy is only mine refusal not wife refusal. So how i can apply for recheck without my wife UCI number?
Also our both passport are empty as refusal saw in mail. But what about my wife refusal?
