Montreal - DM to Oath? Anyone have up-to-date timeline?

I'm a Montreal applicant as well. Below are my current timelines:

Application Submitted: Dec 10th 2018
AOR: March 1st 2019
Start of Processing Application: April 18th, 2019.
Invitation to Write Test: May 6th, 2019
Test Date: May 28th, 2019
DM: May 29th, 2019 (Approved)
Oath Invite: July 30th, 2019.
Ceremony: August 7th, 2019

For anyone wondering:

The minute your ECAS changes to "Complete" you can go apply for passport with no issues.

Oath was Wednesday 7th @ 9AM. ECAS status changed to complete this morning around 7AM. Went to passport office @ 930AM and applied with no issues.

In my case it took exactly 12 months. I applied from Sherbrooke (test in Montreal and ceremony in Laval)
