Visa Approval Under SDS From Pakistan (University Laval-Quebec, Canada)

ALHAMDULILLAH!! By the Grace of Allah and prayers of my family and friends I got admission in University Laval for PhD in Plant Biology and got my Canadian Student Visa under SDS.
My Profile:
1)Bs(Forestry) Gold Medalist (Pakistan-2012 to 2016)
2)Master (Wetland Science) <90% marks (China-2016 to 2019)
3)IELTS (6.5 overall with 5.5 in writing)
4)French language certificate (Beginner 40hr course)
5)Prof. Scholarship + offer letter
6)No GIC
7)Annual tuition fee not paid
8)Bank statement =28lac pkr (less than 4 months)
9)CAQ(Quebec Acceptance Certificate-only for Quebec province Applicants)-Documents were delivered on 7th October 2019 (FedEx gave me this info) and CAQ letter received 7th November( during this period MIDI told me nothing about my documents receiving and on 6th November i got an update of documents receiving by MIDI. So, the point is please keep patience and whoever applies for CAQ will surely get within 1 month)

11)Passport submitted on 9 December 2019
Passport collection (Message from VFS Global) 16 December 2019 (6 pm Time), so collected on 17 December 2019 (9 am Time)

Its SDS?
I mean under SDS you have to score 6 in each module
Then how?
Without Gic and annual tuition
It is automatically processed as regular student visa

I had clearly mentioned SDS and I got Visa in 20 days and I think you would be aware that regular student visa take more than 40 days and mostly 60days.
