Since you said it was sent to Mississauga, it looks like you're an Inland applicant. But you have added your info to the December Outland sheet. There is a separate sheet for Inland applicants:

Outland application with me being a canadian citizen, and him a a Spanish citizen working in the U.K. (originally from Pakistan)

Question? For those sent to Mississauga, is that for only inland, and all others are sent to the PA's local or is it just random?
