My NOC is 1212. Recived ITA on 02 Oct and submitted on 30 Nov. Till now it shows application received. No improvement in progressing..

Yes...You can able to see "INVOICE TAB" when status is "IN Process"..
As my status is same and i can able to view Invoice Tab..

There are cases were Status changed to complete without moving to in_process. let see what happens.
