This enquiry is on behalf of my cousin who wish to immigrate to Canada. But, she is not a graduate. She has done a two years diploma in DNIIT after her 10th . Will this be a problem for her to get an Express Entry Visa to Canada.

Nevertheless, she has 16 years of work experience.

Awaiting your reply.Thanks.

Has she calculated how many points she has under Express Entry? Without higher education - she will probably struggle to get enough points. She needs to have 470+ to be selected at this time.

She can have 16 years years work experience but for express entry It doesn’t matter. She will get same points as someone with 3.1 year work experience. With no higher education it is tough unless your cousin can get provincial nomination somehow.

If your cousin is in a very specialized line of work, trying to get an employer to sponsor her might be an option but this is a very very long shot even for experts in their fields.

Ok. Will ask her to try for the Provincial nomination then.
