hello sir,
actually the job offer form asked for the full time equivalent employees.so if the 3 part time employees are working 25 hours per week.it should include them as 2 full time workers.so adding 3 full time and these 2(full time equivalent ) gives us 5 full time employees

And the program guide says that the employer should have 5 full time equivalent workers.

Do u think it will work.??

recruitment was done but my boss has no record of it.also it was not online.It was on store "now hiring" sign thats it.I am not on lmia wp.

but on the pnp form it says that recruitment was done for 60 days. and applicants were 7

Don’t panic bro just confirm to lawyer and then send a reply otherwise just withdraw the application which I wouldn’t suggest you to do now as first confirm .
