My study permit refused on the ground of Purpose of Visit & Family Ties. I have applied for my spouse on the same file for a visitor visa too.
I am wondering is there a chance of approval if I submit my application again and remove my spouse from the file?
Do you think that adding any documents would raise my chance? Is it possible they approve an application they already refused once?

I welcome any more suggestions.
1-my spouse's vacation letter(which I did not include on the previous application) and it will be expired if I apply again(was valid for the month of January only)...as a proof of my spouse staying in the country of origin for family ties support??
2-My scholarship letter (which unfortunately I received it after submitting my file so it was not included in my previous file.(this would cover my second year of study, and maybe an indication that I would not take the hassle of apply for scholarship If I did not want to study.
3-a letter from my workplace that I still have contract with them, showing that I am on leave of absense-for duration of my study permit,{ this shows that I still have a job that I have to come back to} I did not include this as well as I thought it would have a negative result. My employer can mention a new position in the letter if I complete the study.
4- an affidavit from my husband consenting that he will be responsible for all my costs in Canada, so maybe it shows he needs to stay in-country in order to financially supporting me.
5-There are a few pdf pages from the university talking about what is the negative outcome of someone who comes for study and violates the permit(this did not include on my previous application as I thought is not helpful )
6-My Ielts result, I did not include this as well as my test was General not Academic and I wanted to take the University Language test upon my arrival instead of getting another itelts, this did not mention in my admission letter that I need to take any language course or test, so I thought my file would be stronger without.
7-My spouse work contract with the employer until 2022.
I appreciate any help on this matter. And as for the purpose of visit I have included all the university documents, admission letter, upfront tuition fee payment of one full year..so I don't know what else shows my purpose of Visit.

Removing your spouse does not increase your chances, unfortunately, they would've accepted you and refused him because I know many cases where SOME of the family gets accepted and SOME do not.

Also when you said you thought it wouldve had a negative impact, you are wrong, its very good to prove that you will actually leave canada by the end of your stay, in conclusion anything that you think will convince the officer to accept it, do it, try hard and make sure that he/she does not question anything because everything is answered in your application

You can try again with a letter from his company saying that they want him when he comes back and have it signed. Do that for yourself too.
IELTS Shouldve been included obviously as academic.
Include bank statements and make sure the money is flowing in and out of it in a good steady flow, check the requirements for the amount needed for each person from the government website and if possible add more.
If you or your husband own any properties make sure to include them all even if they are in ANY country

Best of luck for you two!

so as I know a lot of people come to Canada to study, PGWP and then apply for express entry when they have enough points. I don't know what is wrong with that when they mention this on their website too. And as an International Student, I have to pay a triple amount of tuition fee compare to a domestic student. I pay for my stay.

Because some don't finish their schooling, drop out and decide they just want to stay , that's why
