Has anyone who is the principal applicant tried changing there last name to there husbands name during the spousal sponsorship application processing had any issues doing so? I'm the principal applicant and wanna take my husband's last name but am worried it may hurt the application. Did anyone do this during the application and regret it?

It's fine to change your name. Just submit a copy of your new passport after you change it.
