If you are going for post graduate program No you can’t, but if u are applying for UG or a diploma program there are few colleges which accepts this band. Meet with a good consultancy they can help u for choosing the right college.

Thanku for your help dear. I have no consultant my relatives are their in canada they told me that one collage has accepted ur admission and i also have payed fees of one semester so i want to know that will i get viza or not because i have no consultant i am doing on my own
