AOR December 9th, pls add me

Hello there,

I am trying to review some trends on my immitracker and need help on understanding the stream choices given in the tracker. I received a PNP nomination from Ontario, followed by ITA through the EE draw and I am not in Canada. Which stream does it fall under?

This is the current status of my application. Is it fair to assume that the stages highlighted in green are not applicable to my application? My e-APR AOR date is of 6th December.

@andy108 I forget to send IELTS TRF with eAPR. Now I am worried, please advise if this could be the reason for rejection of an application.

I arrived Canada on Work Permit in June 2019. I took upfront medical for Work permit application in March 2019. Now I got ITA and used the same upfront medical information sheet, as it's still valid and less then a year. Please advise if this will work or I have to get new medical for PR, as the previous one was for work permit application.

Request you to please answer both the question.
