Individual PR without husband

Is it possible for an international student to file for individual PR after completing studies ,without her husband (who is in India), due to marriage conflict.
If it’s possible to file PR individually,then is marriage certificate required for individual PR ?

As long as you are still legally married, your husband needs to be included in your application. You can list him as non accompanying however you still need to submit his passport, medical, PCC and marriage cert
