Eligibility under review.Background check going on since 3 months.I don't know what's weird in my background that's taking them so long to check...lol

I got two emails scheduling interviews for final confirmation of PR and another one the same day for landing appointment. Do you know what that means? I don’t have a COPR yet and in my CIC account I don’t have any update, not even About these Emails. Do you know what the interview is about?

You should get a letter from a colleague (former or current), in the IRCC format on a plain paper , which you can get notarized.

When you upload this, also upload a LoE explaining why the letter was not available from the employer and attach the emails and generic work experience letters in support of it.

There is no such stage a IP or IP1. Many people just call the different MyCIC status with the names and you can call them oranges, grapes or whatever you feel like.

All applications as per the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act go though the following stages:

R10
Medicals
Criminality
Eligibility
Security.

Are you applying from India, then NDVO will be your LVO and they will do the final reviews. If the eligibility has not yet been done, then that will be done too at NDVO along with security.
