Yesterday,my application was refused for study permit to canada and the visa officer mentioned reason that i will not leave canada after my stay but i mentioned this “i will return to my country and do a job in MNC” in my SOP but they refused my application now someone can advice how can i make my file strong for next time

You need to give the officer reasons to believe that you will actually return, just saying it is usually not enough. i.e show strong ties.
Strong ties is like investment and properties in your country, your family, future job offer after you graduate etc etc
