Hi.

I’ve applied as an inland applicant and my medical is done and sent. Today I received an email to say my husband had passed the eligibility to sponsor, so what stage am I at and how long to wait until approval. I’m using a lawyer so I can’t login to mycic and they haven’t informed me of the next steps and I’m eager to know what happens next and timelines

You are still in the earlier stages of the process. Expect around 12 months processing time from end to end.

You'll still have access to ECAS when using a representative. You'll use the application number and sponsors DOB and last name to log in.
