Hi all
Unfortunately, I had my spouse WP refused, but I want to know the reasons Why.

I submitted her process through Consultant agency, They were our "representative" I live in Canada and she does live in US, Can I apply to request her ATIP?

Note that I am note a Permanent Residence in Canada, What should I do?

Based on your other post, your wife is in the US without status. If that's the case, there's zero chance a work permit will be approved and that's the reason why she was refused. She needs to have valid status if she wants to have any chance of being approved.

Your last line says 'note' - I assume you meant to say that you are not a PR of Canada.

Realistically she won't be able to come to Canada until after you have applied and been approved for PR.
