Unable to provide a Police certificate request!

I have to apply in person to get a police certificate from the country I came from, unfortunately the country in civil war and I can't travel there! any advice please.

I'm on the last steps of processing my inland sponsorship.

You do not have to provide a police certificate from Libya unless we ask for one.

Certificates are not available for former residents. If you no longer live in Libya, you are not required to provide a Libyan police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Libya, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Libya because certificates are not available to former residents.”
