I dont really understand your query but if your question is which is more important having the amount or keeping the average through 6 months then the answer is that both are equally important
You need to have the minimum pof maintained in your deposit account at the time of your application as well as show that this amount wasnt borrowed and this is done by giving a 6 months bank statement that shows the average was in the neighborhood of this amount and if the amount was given to you by a close family member then you need to submit a gift of deed stating that your family member (father, mother, brother, sister) gave you the amount to support you out of affection

with Highly Respect To your complete Answer
just 3 queries left please also advise me on this two:

1- You meant account balance(credit balance==Deposit) for one person is 12,669 $
average balance for this 6 months should be close(near) to this amount something like 10.000/9000/....something else
am i understand correctly ?

---------------------------------------------------
2- this question little bit important for me
in many Asian country for Buying 1 $CAD should spent 10 or 100 times more
for example 1 CAD $ ~= 900 iraqi dinar
my question which is intensive obscure is :
for a student with 1 year work experience and CRS 475 (English+French+Master degree)
how possible average should near this amount!!!!
deposit correct ; he/she borrows ; but with 300$Cad salary per month , this account not working too much
How avg balance possible near to 12,669$
--------------------------------------------------------
3-For lower Avg Balance but enough deposit(credit balance) possible rejection?

thanks in advance

Hi,
there is no easy way to say this, but your demonstrated English proficiency leads me to conclusion that you will have enough time to prepare PoF before you get ITA. Don't think IELTS is an easy test, it can be very challenging. Your current level will barely make overall mark 5.0.

Average 6-month balance of 10k CAD will lead to rejection. You have to have 12.669 average, not 5.000 and one big increase in last month. Keep in mind that next year money limit will increase. That said, I believe they have a margin, if you, for example, have 95% of the required money you may just slip. Open one separate account for savings, don't use the one you get your salary on, easier to prove average balance (my bank don't issue average number, but I have a list of transactions showing that in every point in time I had more money than needed).

Hello thanks
but i did not get answer
credit balance must be 12,669 $
average means something else (i'm sure you know) if someone has 12,669 $ avg balance for 6 months
his/her salary should be ........huge amount ......i am talking about AVERAGE not credit balance ...

How you said 12,669 i think you did mistake : if You want to make 12,669 $ as a average balance in one day you need : 2,280,420 $
so how possible in 6 months you had this much of transaction !!!!!!

regard to what @Canadavisa92 said :
6 months bank statement that shows the average was in the neighborhood of this amount(means 12,669)
at the time of ITA applicant should have 12,669 $cad .....this mean applicant's credit balance
NOT average
i asking for average ...

thanks

@JaaKaaa
Thanks form Both of You
if you help on this problem you do big help ;
how possible simple employee with 300$ which is applicant of Express or another immigration process
has average near to credit balance of 12,669 $
if your save 10.000 $ for 6 months your average will be 10.000$ for 6 months

this case or in many case which explicitly represent that process has bug there is no doubt
But The question was made not about credit balance was about average

again thanks and regards

Alot of people start saving for over a year and by that time they would be able to show that the average is and was over the required POF, the average here means that the amount through out the 6 months should be always in the neighbourhood of the required pof. IRCC just want to make sure that there isnt any unjustified surge of money in your account
If you want you could ask your parents or your siblings (brother or sister) to give you this money as a gift and write down a gift of deed letter to prove that.

in Canada there are many many Indian , most of those immigrants people i know had not had salary more than 300$ or less before they started any process(immigration)
SO
either applicant should deposit close amount near POF through out 6 months in account or in 1 day for make it put more than 1.500.000 $
You mean average should near amount like 10 K $
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
@Canadavisa92 just let me i ask you 1 thing to clarify
thanks in advance if You help on this
if applicant deposited 12,669 or more $ for 6 months = as a result both average and credit balance will be accept as you and others describe it .... this idea is acceptable ?

regards

Let me re explain what average balance means. Ok so why does IRCC ask for a 6 months average balance? The reason is they want to ensure that there is no unexplained influx of money into your account. Let me go into details to what that means.
Lets say month 1 you gave 4000 dollars, then month 2 you gave 2000 dollars more so that is 6000 thousand dollars then month 3 you had 1000 dollars more that brings the total to 7000 dollars then month 4,5 and 6 you gradually brought the amount up to 12,669 CAD or whatever the amount is at the time of your application. This makes sense to them, the increment could be by you saving money and depositing it there, could be by earning it from work whatever.
Now lets go to the second suspicions scenario
Lets say month 1 you started with 5000 dollars then month 2 you got 2000 more and brought the amount up to 7000, so far so good right? Ok then month 3 all of a sudden you deposited 10k into your account, for them this is suspicious first of all because it is a very large amount compared to your usual deposits and second of all its unjustified. Its all relative this 10k deposit into an account that has 60k dollars in it is fine and understandable but a 10k deposit into an account with 5 or 6k raises suspicions to them. I hope you got the picture now
Btw if you feel more comfortable you could write to me in arabic, i understand it
