Yes it is. You cannot simply "forget" to tell them about prior visa denials. That's practically guaranteed to get you a denial/ban.

Today I updated my eIMM5669 form in which I mentioned my all prior visa denial. I sent it through webform. Should I also send it through my GCkey account? Please advise me.
