Thanks every one for sharing your timelines. I may be the last several to get ppr of January and February applicants because I got CV request. This is my timeline
AR: February 10, 2018
AOR: March 11, 2018
MR: June 21, 2018
MP: August 6, 2018
Pre-arrival services letter: November 11, 2018
CV request: April 23, 2019
Medical extension: November 5, 2019
Ghost update: December 5, 2019
PPR: Morning of December 6, 2019

It looks like that security screening is faster now since I was definitely in SS. Medical extension should mean security pass. If no criminal issues, one should get ppr soon after second medical pass.
