i have a question guys, my spouse had a visitor visa rejection. However, on my Spouse's background declaration form my representative wrote Her spouse open work permit was refused once. he made a mistake but he did mention on the form her visa was refused once! Would it be a problem? any answers are welcomed

I think that won't be a problem and you can replace the document after AOR.

Yes, they will not return your application if anything is missing. But I think they'll return you application if there are some mistakes in you imm document (e.g. a missing signature...). Returned mail is not traceable.

if sent to courier address, normally you’ll receive a email receipt shows your mail delivered and a signature to confirm the delivery.
I sent via canada post with registered mail, i got a confirmation shows that my mail delivered.

I have sent my documents via regular mail which was a biggest mistake from my side.. Now, I don't even know whether it's received or not..

Actually I did the same mistake, my provincial nomination expires in Feb 2020 so my plan is to send another application end of Jan if I don’t get an AOR by then. Hopefully we get the AOR soon
