Our caq applied 13 October and the courier delivered 17 October but know we have no any response of CAQ . Total days of CAQ 25 why late?

After 1 month around First week of april you will get a message about receipt of your documents sometimes it takes more days depends on the volume of files. if you want to make sure you can also call on this number 514-864-9191 which is quebec immigration number they ask your caq file number to check your status,
For me it takes around 1.5 month to get CAQ.I already lives in Montreal, Quebec.

Now its almost 31 days. i applied it to extend my caq and my old caq is going to finish on 30 november 2019 and my study will be finished on 10 december 2019 so I am waiting for my Caq.. Please help me for knowing the actual processing time of CAQ and upto which date i can get my caq.
