Can’t gave you the exact timeline because my application in ndvo starting processing on 7th Nov and I still didn’t receive any pri arrival. Some say NDVO works in batchs. Some says it depend on your file. But as far as I can tell you are a july applicant and your file moves to NDVO so it means another 2 months for the whole process. I am june starting applicant with any red flag on my app. Good luck

They will send pre-arrival only when the finish your eligibility irrespective of when they received it . If you are well under the the time line it may take some time.
