Let me make it clear for all of you,yes offshore applicants can apply for OINP as well and OINP itself doesn't require an applicant to have LMIA across all NOC not just LMIA exempt NOC or open work permit applicants.A LMIA applicant already having WP like most of you can apply for OINP but OINP doesn’t require the applicant to have LMIA.Let me make it more clearer say I got a job offer from Ontario,Canada and as my employer was going to get the LMIA process started ,OINP reopened and I took this route of coming to canada.Once I get nominated ,I will receive work support letter as well with which I can apply for a LMIA exempt work permit (this is applicable across all NOC).
so did you get ITA already?I have Withdrawn OINP application. Somebody needy one will get it instead. Hope this message will be found encouraging one
oh really people can apply for OINP even though they are not in Canada and working in WP? i didn't know that? so you don't have WP? yet and how you proved the Ontario ties? and how did you prove your 2 years work Experience also with which NOC?
Ontario ties can be by visiting as well and having relatives there .The 2 years exp can be offshore as well not just in Canada
