Called IRCC said- Eligibility pass, (Criminality and Security) -not started
I am not sure, if IRCC agent is the actual or it is now in Ip1 as per the back ground message tells?
Any help which stage I am at , and how long shall I be waiting till PPR_ Thanks much

1st ADR: RPRF, updates Sch A and Police Certificate.

2nd ADR: idiotic me uploaded one of the PCC without the english translation and had to do it again.

im not sure, I upload the first batch of documents on Nov. 22 (friday) and the 25th (monday morning) they asked for the PCC with the translation, so I assume the officer at least took a look at the documents to be able to know something was wrong/missing.

My profile has not change since the beginning, the only change made was the medical passed. Im still showing the review of the eligibility and via phone they told me it was passed.

I was hopping for PPR this year, but it seems it wont happen since my timeline is almost identical to yours and you havent got it yet
