Hi all,

My first post, so thanks for reading.

I have a friend who needs some help. I'm posting on her behalf because she isn't good with technology.
She previously applied for a pr with her ex, however she was called up for an interview, and refused the visa thereafter.

She wants to know if other countries will know what was said in the interview, as she wants to find a way to prove what was said in the interview when applying for a UK visa, to back up a claim. Or do other countries such as the UK only know that there was a refusal and the reasons?

Thanks in advance

Okay,
My friend was to know this:

Will other countries know what was said in Canada visa interview?

Or will other countries only know about visa refusal and reasons why they were refused?

How other country can know from your friend's interview? do they have Foreknowledge
or they spying ,..........Yes if you tell someone maybe
your question like i say i wanted cinema ticket but seller did not sell to me
will other know!!!
and what will be happened if other know!!!
from my perspective your question is not logical and has flaw
your concern is improper

I honestly don't know, she asked me to find out because she wanted to know if other countries immigration would have access to interview notes I'm guessing from the gcms notes?

I'm just the messenger sorry

Of course other countries can't access GCMS notes.

ok will they know if you have applied for PR in Canada in general? In that case answer would be most likely yes, as some do share data and give access to search for such data.
A good example is when Canada always checks with USA.

Will they know details? No, they will not know details. But, you have 2 options - either to try to hide the whole Canada thing, which is really a bad idea as they will find out that you have applied for PR and was rejected (also they will not know why were you rejected). So that road is to be rejected and potentially banned in the other country.
Or to tell the truth and in that case you have to explain why were you rejected (at least what reason was listed on your PFL) as that is usually requested on the application forms.

So at the end of the day it will be you, who will disclose the whole matter there.

As above should always answer any question honestly in any country immigration application that asks if ever been rejected for any type of visa. Not answering honestly could result in being banned from a country if for example discovered during a background check.

Many countries possibly have different immigration requirements to Canada to be met to decide wherther someone is admissable or not but not declaring any rejections not a good idea

Just to reiterate, she wasn't trying to hide her refusal, only if other countries would know what was said in the interview? Because she says that not everything was addressed in the refusal letter, it was very blasé. And didn't mention important merits. Thanks everyone for your input.

Unless someone here works for IRCC or another immigration service, it's really impossible to comment on what level of data sharing exists.
