Is there anyone or knows anyone who got invitation outside of Quebec and now waiting for documents request.

I got invitation in July 4 submitted mon project application in July since then waiting for documents request.

Hey, what made you say file number does not matter? how do they sort invited applications for processing? is it the file number, or score or just random?

There has beed a lot of conversation on this in this group invitation depends on the immigration officer and the policy defoned by the Midi. Who to send documents request first ?

File number doesn't matter. If you read posts on this thread I think you will get the idea.

But again its a perception no one knows what is the rule?

I’m outside Quebec. I think the file range matters a little bit. They have to respect priority. It’s doesn’t make sense if someone who just got his invitation on October with a file number probably over than 1000 has his document request before you

Yes I’m one of bill 9 victim.
No. Beside candidates invited on july, I know nobody that got a document request. They maybe did it on purpose to make us pass this damn value test coming up

Friends I think, Quebec government wants from all of us to pass Quebec Value Test exam in Jan 2020 that's why they are processing very slow.This is my perception, may be wrong.

What do you mean we need to pass this test before going ?

I think you need to pass this test once you are there in Quebec.

Sharing my thoughts :
My file is between 400-500 , received invitation in july, submitted mon application in july, received doc request nov 11 .
What i think is people are who in quebec and have VJO do get some priority. Else people who are in 100-300 should have received doc request already. Dont know what the exact criteria is .

Mine was inbetween 200 - 300 with vjo but I left canada in February but I submitted the file inside canada, Quebec.

Still waiting for documents request, I think now they consider my file outside Canada with no priority
