Hi, I'm planning on establishing a payment plan with my College to pay my tuition, and i was wondering if doing this will be a problem with immigration now or in the future when i want to extend my study permit.

There is no payment plan option. You have to pay your semester tuition at the beginning of the semester or you won’t be able to study.
