Hi would like to rectify my statement. Surprisingly, I received a reply from ndvo today. I got rprf request from ndvo on 7th Nov and since then no update. Last week I emailed ndvo with the receipt of the rprf payment and requested them to update the status. Simultaneously, I raised the ircc webform. Two days back I got webform reply that my eligibility is being verified and rest everything is done. And today I got a mail from ndvo stating that my file is being finalised and I should expect passport request latest by next week. It seems that the webform triggered some communication between the central office and ndvo which made them reply to my email.

ADR was for military record and both notes was asked one month before the released date, which are those in the timeline.

- My eligibility is in required review (RR status) - CEC candidate and AOR more than 6 month ago obliviously
- when I asked for GMC motes I realized that they are not counting by previous (before coming to Cananda) experience as my earlier company did not provide the roles and responsibilities to me
- So I requested one of my ex-colleague to provide me a letter and accordingly he provided. He also provided his office email id in the letter for any additional information would needed
- However, after that he left the job and now I am not sure whee is he (no contacts)
- This all happened 2 months back
- Today I called CIC and the agent told me that they checked my file in the last month and they probably looking for some info for earlier employment since then
- I am wondering if they would have contacted on the email of my ex-colleague and are waiting to hear from him
Q: Is it possible? Can they contact my ex-colleague ?
Q: If yes, then as he is not in that company and probably would have missed their email earlier (now I do not have his contact too) - then how long they will wait and what if they will not get any answer?

What should I make out of this?

It’s a pretty standard response. Did you call them ?
My Aor was May 29 and got the same webform response for Eligibility- review required ( which was told by an agent over the phone )
on the other hand it was really a good talk to the nice agent who advised me to wait till Dec 6 and give a call again on Dec 9 if I don’t hear anything from them? This was the reply when I asked her “ Should I apply for GCMS notes “ ??
Did anyone have this kind of advise?
Do you know the steps to call them from outside Canada? I kept calling the standard number and it keeps dropping. What’s the deal with text app? And what is ideal time to reach them?
You can install textnow app and give a code of 204,514,604 any Canadian area code and call the number and follow the instructions and wait for dial 0 to speak to an agent. the ideal time is the opening hours 8AM EST
Can anyone tell me that is there any set format for raising the query through web form after the completion of six months mark.
