Hi,
I am seeking to apply under FSW in the near future and I was asking my employer to grant me a reference letter for it.

My problem is that CIC states that the applicant must mention the company's contact no and email in the reference letter, however, my company doesn't have an email or contact no as we don't interact with clients directly. So my question was can I include my manager's contact and email id instead of the Company.

Thanks for answering.

Usually the reference letter should be on the company letter head, which is a basic requirement. In the content of the letter, you can mention,

please do no hesitate to contact me @ xxxx@xxx.com or xxx-xxxx-xxxxx in case you have any questions related to xxxx xxxxx employment with our organization

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Just a question, Is stamp necessary?

Hi,

Just a question, Is stamp necessary?

If the document is electronically signed and delivered as PDF to you, then it might not be required. Else its better to have a seal (stamp). If no seal available, not an issue.
