I Can't link my CIC application to my account.

Hi, I've been trying to link my application to my account and it's been imposible. I've tried every combination possible but nothing seems to work. please HELP!

Couple questions:
1. The info they ask for (Last name, place of birth etc) is Sponsor info or sponsored person info?
2. I have a child in the application, but he's not coming to Canada, Does he count in the number of persons in our application?
3. I have read that for some people worked marking "Single" in the status, but we are married. Does that affect?
4. The Online User should be created for the Sponsor or Sponsored Person?

In a different subject, I already receive the letter from CIC to apply for Certificat de Selection du Quebec and I already applied, does someone knows if I have to notify CIC that I sent my application?

You have to entered the information for the person you are sponsoring. Don't fill the place of birth. Don't worry, many people had problems linking. Cic only let you do 5 tries per day. Be strategic, write down what you try or use an excel sheet to keep track. Search on this form for linking applications. Try the following and see if it works.

Application number
Applicant last name
Date of birth
Don't enter place of birth
Enter her passport information
Number of applicant two
Try married if it doesn't work then single.
Lets us know if it doesn't work.

Would u happen to know for h&c, our file was sent from Mississauga to new delhi, india. I only see the status app received. Can I link that to my online account as it gives more detailed info on status?

I am not sure what you are asking. What is h&c?

Couple questions:
1. sponsored person info. (i.e., Principal Applicant)

2. Yes......non-accompanying child count in the number of persons in your application.
You have to indicate the total number of family members included in your application. This includes yourself and any dependants, regardless of whether they intend to accompany you to Canada or not.

3. Your marital Status should be "Married".....if you are legally married.

4. Online Account should be created for PA (person been sponsored).........after Sponsor Approval.....the application is all about the PA application for PR.......Create an account or sign in.........link your application to the PA GCKey Account.

You must have received AOR........ and you may wait some days after AOR for your application to show in IRCC process queue.

I had an issue with this. I'm sponsoring my wife and two children. Each person has their own client number...UCI....in the end for me it was the stupid mistake I made and I wasn't using the UCI of the PA but rather of one of the children. As soon as I put that in it linked

Also you count as one of the people. If you are sponsoring your wife then it should be 2 total. But make sure to use the UCI associated with your wife

I also have the same problem. I linked my application but still no matches all information is correct but still no matcher. I already have application number and UCI when they sent me the medical request but Istill cannot log in. Please help me on this

Take screen shots of your answers and at the end when it gives you the error message....fill out the help web form. They will tell you what you have done incorrectly. I had this issue. Received a message within a week and was then able to link my application.

I'm still waiting. They received my application in January and it has yet to be transferred from Canada. I assume mine takes a little longer because I'm also sponsoring 2 children and my wife has 9 other siblings I'm sure they have to check out as part of the background check.

I forgot also...to save yourself time...make sure you attach the screen shots in the first message you send. Otherwise they will ask for them and it will just take longer.

Thank you so much sir. I am under PNP program and i have 3 dependents. My husband OWP and two kids for SP. It has been 4 weeks since we had our medical and 5 weeks since our biometrics but still no approval. Am applying for TWP. As far as I know some applications take only 2 to 4 weeks exactly like some people I knoe but mine has already lapsed 4 weeks. Do youhave any idea why it happened like this? This is the reason why I linked my papersbases app to online but also cannot.

Can you please help me? My application for pgp2019 has been accepted by cic. However I am unable to link the application. I am only sponsoring my father. I created a cic account for him and am trying to link there. Is this right or should I try and link it with my cic account? Please help.
